One of our first favourites of this fashion week is Martin Lim’s show, the Canadian brand designed by duo-couple Danielle Martin and Pao Lim. They were the big winners of the last Mercedez-Benz contest dedicated to emerging talents for all Canada. Their signature? Graphic dresses, their fetish item, very feminine and full of references to the 60’s, worn with ultra light second skin pants, made of white silk with zebra prints. For this winter collection, the duo took inspiration from French artist Daniel Buren’s creations, who mastered the art of erecting “columns”.
